## What changed Labels no longer have a fixed format. There is a new **Labels** subtab under **Settings → Repairs** where you define everything per shop: - **Fields**: enable, disable and order each field — shop, code, intake, device, IMEI, issue, customer, phone, printed at and QR. Your **custom fields** (like the external ref) are listed too. - **Base style**: Full or Simple fill in the fields for you; then adjust. - **Format**: 50x30, 62x40, 100x50, 70x35, 58x30, A4 grid or custom size — stored per shop, not per browser. - **Tracking QR**: left, right or no QR. - **Live preview** while you configure. - **Auto-print**: opens the label on receive and/or on create. ## Why it matters Every shop prints different info and uses different sizes. Now the configuration belongs to the shop and applies to the whole team, on single and bulk printing. ## How to use 1. Go to **Settings → Repairs → Labels**. 2. Pick the base style and format. 3. Enable the fields you want and order them with the arrows. 4. Enable auto-print if you want it and save. 5. Print one label to confirm with your data.
